Description
Feet are the bridge between our body and the Earth. They may just need to be the strongest link in the chain and yet for many of us due to modern comforts they have become the weakest.
This is a course designed to stabilise, strengthen, realign and re-tension humans at our very foundations.
And to help develop fascia (our anti-fragility Spider-Man suit that sits under the skin and on-top of our muscles) which may have become worn out, torn or never fully developed to begin with.
This course can
- Reduce pain and help with any chronic foot or ankle issues i.e. plantar fasciitis, flat feet, anterior tibial tendonitis, sesamoiditis etc.
- Increase athletic ability through development of fascia
- Help make you more Glute Dominant
- Increase foot strength, confidence and sure-footedness
- Prehab to help prevent future risk of injury to feet and ankles.
