Description

Feet are the bridge between our body and the Earth. They may just need to be the strongest link in the chain and yet for many of us due to modern comforts they have become the weakest.

This is a course designed to stabilise, strengthen, realign and re-tension humans at our very foundations.

And to help develop fascia (our anti-fragility Spider-Man suit that sits under the skin and on-top of our muscles) which may have become worn out, torn or never fully developed to begin with.

This course can

  • Reduce pain and help with any chronic foot or ankle issues i.e. plantar fasciitis, flat feet, anterior tibial tendonitis, sesamoiditis etc.
  • Increase athletic ability through development of fascia
  • Help make you more Glute Dominant
  • Increase foot strength, confidence and sure-footedness
  • Prehab to help prevent future risk of injury to feet and ankles.

    the outside edge

    Thank you for checking on this. Turns out I did not have the computer capability to download. : / Worked on this and just today have gained access. Peaked thru some of the first intro’s to each section. ALREADY IMPRESSED. Love that you are addressing the feet in a wholistic approach- air, fire, water, heat, emotions, food, etc. This is so much more than expected. Love your method for teaching including examples as well as picture tutorials, biomechanics, all of it. And your calm soothing voice and mannerisms throughout. So anxious to dive into the video’s and get started.

    A few months in...

    Feet stronger - particularly my weaker foot which has several issues (toe, Achilles, ankle, and up muscle/nerve between tibia and fibula) etc (!) Weaker side starting to recover 'lost ground' but far from balanced with strong side foot. Judgement/opinion: Part of my personal improvements have come from Timothy's feet-fascia programme, Outside Edge. Hard to gauge, perhaps 60% OE and 40% my own experiments, or 50-50. Also, caveat, I've not done the programme diligently, weekly. Overall opinion: Worth trying OE, sticking to the aspects that suit you and work for you... And BIG up to Timothy for drawing attention to "feet/fascia" when hardly anyone in 'the west' (not China/India/others) has done so.
