Why learn this from me?
Most of my teens and 20s were spent doing Parkour. I'd say it is my biggest movement passion and wheelhouse. I won the Freerunning World Championships in 2011. I have been a finalist in both American and UK Ninja Warriors and I have held a Parkour Speed Guiness World Record for plyometrically jumping on across bars.
 
Not only that though I have also dealt with long chronic injuries and understand the importance of simplifying things and building from the ground up. Revisiting Parkour in my mid 30's with 5 years of biomechanical exploration now under my belt I am able to revisit this subject and how to teach it with new eyes.
